6-7 drops in the diffuser for energizing action.

FOR THE BODY:

2/3 drops have a purifying, draining action, relieve joint and muscle pain, have an astringent action on greasy skin and hair. To be diluted in carrier oil before applying to the skin (eg almond oil).
